Ideal candidates possess 3-6 years of post-qualification experience with a Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA/CPA) designation. A strong command of accounting standards (IAS/IFRS/US GAAP) and direct/indirect tax principles is essential, along with proven experience in preparing or reviewing financial statements. Proficiency in large ERP systems like SAP/S4 Hana/Workiva and MS Office Suite is required.
