As a Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring quality, governance, and timely closure of financial reporting activities. You will collaborate with diverse teams and leverage technology to drive exceptional results in a global setting.

Lead comprehensive financial reporting and audit support, ensuring adherence to IFRS and USGAAP standards. Review financial statements, disclosures, and complex accounting matters. Manage audit support governance, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

Oversee tax calculations and disclosures. Govern EY SAWT administration, including access, controls, and reporting. Drive automation and standardization efforts, manage team performance, and mentor senior staff.

Candidates must possess a Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification, with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting. A deep understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and Ind AS is essential.

Demonstrated experience in leading audit support, resolving complex reporting issues, and managing concurrent workstreams with geographically dispersed stakeholders is required. Strong engagement management, executive communication, and people leadership skills are crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in SAP/S/4HANA, Oracle, Workiva, or similar environments is a plus.
