EY is seeking a Senior professional to manage Accounts Payable processes, reporting, and team leadership. Key responsibilities include overseeing Accounts Payable invoice processing, supporting team discussions, and monitoring daily activities. You will generate reports, conduct regular check-ins with the team to resolve issues, and ensure a smooth month-end closure with minimal invoice backlog. This role also encompasses backup planning, knowledge transfer, updating process documentation, enhancing working files through automation, and supporting CW deployments. Attending weekly calls, tracking, and closing open items are also critical, along with identifying opportunities for process and efficiency improvements.

The ideal candidate possesses end-to-end Accounts Payable knowledge, including basic AP reporting and KPI understanding. A strong grasp of accounting processes and principles (IFRS, US GAAP) is essential. Experience in process gap analysis, transition, and delivery management, particularly across diverse geographies (EMEIA/AMERICAS/APAC), is required. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems like SAP, MSNAV, or MS Dynamics is necessary.
