Oversee the monthly AR close process, including sub-ledger to General Ledger reconciliation. Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivables processes and reconcile AR-related accounts. Investigate and resolve cash and check discrepancies, ensuring all differences are cleared. Maintain process controllership and conduct governance calls with process owners. Publish monthly O2C dashboards to track SLA/KPI adherence. Lead hiring, training, and management of the AR team, fostering a productive environment. Interface effectively with other departments to ensure seamless AR operations. Drive a high-performance culture, employee engagement, and customer centricity. Meet deadlines while managing multiple projects and documenting procedures.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or MBA degree. 4-10 years of experience in accounts receivable processes. 1-3 years of team leadership experience. Preference for candidates with prior AR and transition experience. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft is advantageous. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated analytical, communication, organizational, and computer skills. Passion for exceptional customer experience and strong presentation abilities.
