As an Accounting Support specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring accuracy and efficiency within financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing precise data entry and meticulously verifying records. - Validating policies in accordance with current business practices and departmental guidelines. - Identifying and resolving queries related to non-compliant requests by collaborating with relevant stakeholders. - Working closely with upstream and downstream teams like CDM, IB, Collection, and AR to address customer-related issues. - Adhering strictly to compliance guidelines, including SOX and audit requirements. - Continuously enhancing your technical and process knowledge through participation in assessment programs. - Meeting defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for input quality, output quality, efficiency, and turnaround time. - Demonstrating a strong customer-centric approach to resolve issues effectively and build lasting trust.

We are seeking adaptable individuals with a foundational understanding of accounting principles and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will possess:
