The role involves supporting timely and accurate monthly book closes for designated countries, performing balance sheet account reconciliations, resolving outstanding items to ensure financial statement accuracy, and contributing to various reporting needs. Key responsibilities include managing financial close activities and general ledger maintenance for assigned countries.

You will perform periodic balance sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve open items to guarantee accurate financial statements.

Further duties involve supporting financial report preparation, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and US GAAP, and assisting with data center and intercompany accounting processes.

Additional tasks include providing documentation for audits, ensuring journal entry compliance, collaborating with global finance teams, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Ideal candidates will possess a CA/CMA qualification with 3-6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, or a B.Com/M.Com, CA/CMA Inter, or MBA with 8+ years of experience.

Mandatory technical skills include hands-on experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, and financial close processes.

Proficiency in balance sheet reconciliations, variance investigation, and resolving accounting discrepancies is essential.

Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, financial statements, reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records in a controlled environment is required.
