Lead and mentor a team of Senior Product Leads, fostering growth and expertise in areas like calculation, filings, payments, and data quality.

Drive significant improvements in key metrics such as filing accuracy, on-time payment rates, and customer self-serve capabilities.

Make critical decisions regarding Tax Foundry while maintaining robust third-party backup strategies.

Develop configurable workflows to minimize reliance on Tax Ops and CX teams, enhancing efficiency.

A seasoned Product Management professional with 12+ years of experience, including a proven track record of leading senior individual contributors across multiple teams.

Demonstrated experience owning complex, multi-surface platforms, particularly those with regulatory, tax, or financial intricacies.

Possess strong systems thinking capabilities, enabling you to identify core primitives rather than just surface-level features.

Excel in both initiating 0-to-1 launches and scaling products for large customer bases.

Demonstrate exceptional cross-functional leadership, collaborating effectively with engineering, tax/compliance, operations, and go-to-market teams.

Maintain a high ownership mindset, focusing on accountability for outcomes and driving results.
