We're seeking a Senior Associate within our Client and Industry (C&I) team to support account leadership and drive client engagement.

This role focuses on supporting Global Client Serving Partners and Executives on priority accounts. You will provide high-quality, insightful support for go-to-market activities and build a strong network to enhance account knowledge and strengthen client relationships. As a Senior Account Coordinator, you will own account reporting and ensure stakeholders understand key data. You'll lead the account planning process in collaboration with leadership, ensuring alignment with milestones and targets.

Key responsibilities include developing strategic communication plans, providing relevant business analysis and research, and coordinating with global teams to deploy account strategies. You will also contribute to complex business development needs, including market research, sales support, and pitch development. Drive revenue through planned marketing initiatives and accelerate strategy execution by understanding market trends and client agendas.

Collaborate with the global network to coordinate account team meetings and disseminate updated content. Develop strong relationships across service lines and market segments to facilitate communication and embed support processes. Ensure exceptional client service by maintaining project quality, reviewing deliverables, and fostering a connected, responsive, and insightful approach.

To excel in this role, a graduate degree is required, along with 4-8 years of experience in account management, data reporting, and analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, complemented by strong written and oral communication skills.

You should possess the ability to apply both qualitative and quantitative research and analysis methodologies, including financial analysis, to synthesize information and provide insightful analytics. Experience with advanced analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and familiarity with procurement portals like SAP Fieldglass or Ariba, are considered advantageous.
