This position is specifically for an AI Copilot Developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining AI-powered solutions using Microsoft's Copilot ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on Power BI and generative AI concepts. The goal is to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Design, develop, and deploy custom Copilot solutions across Microsoft 365 applications like Power BI, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint. Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio to create sophisticated conversational AI experiences and intelligent agents for workflow streamlining and task automation. Integrate Copilot capabilities with existing business systems via REST APIs, custom connectors, and the Microsoft Graph API. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, pinpoint high-impact use cases, and translate needs into precise technical specifications. Build and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate to expand and enhance Copilot functionalities. Conduct rigorous internal testing, validation, and monitoring of deployed AI agents to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Ensure all developed solutions strictly adhere to enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance standards. Continuously stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning (ML), and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. Provide essential technical guidance, training, and comprehensive documentation to end-users to facilitate the successful adoption of new Copilot features.

Requires 2-3 years of proven experience in software development, with a specialized focus on Microsoft AI, Power BI, the Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a closely related field is essential. Possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess client business processes, technologies, and data infrastructure to identify AI integration opportunities. Demonstrate expertise in artificial intelligence technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with a solid understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and their real-world applications. Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and conveying AI strategy recommendations clearly and compellingly. Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) related to scaled AI and data analytics solutions is required. Exhibit a strong understanding of Gen AI preferences, behaviors, and values, along with working knowledge of various large language models to propose and implement the most suitable LLMs based on resonating AI strategies. Possess working experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques, alongside a working knowledge of the AI and Analytics lifecycle, from problem definition to model monitoring. Experience in a client-facing role or technical consultancy is desirable. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial. Relevant Microsoft certifications in AI, Azure, or Microsoft 365 are a plus. Proficiency in programming or scripting languages like Python or JavaScript/TypeScript. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, such as Azure OpenAI. Expertise in building and managing connectors and integrations using REST APIs. Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate).
