This Associate Manager role is instrumental in spearheading strategic initiatives and driving business transformations. You will leverage deep industry expertise to craft value-driven solutions, focusing on AI and Generative AI.

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape AI strategy, design operating models for GenAI, and build roadmaps for its implementation and evolution. You'll be at the forefront of incubating innovative GenAI solutions and guiding their end-to-end deployment, contributing significantly to our forward-thinking organization.

Provide strategic advisory services and conduct thorough market research, developing data-driven recommendations to elevate business performance. Develop comprehensive blueprints for Generative AI solutions, detailing technical specifications, data needs, and integration pathways. Define clear milestones, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success criteria to effectively measure the progress of AI initiatives. Collaborate closely with research and development teams to experiment with and prototype novel Generative AI concepts. Oversee the complete lifecycle of Generative AI solution implementation, ensuring successful deployment and integration.

A strong foundation in AI Architecture and Generative AI is essential, coupled with at least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
