A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field is required. Extensive GenAI expertise with a proven track record of creating and deploying GenAI and Agentic AI solutions is essential. Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience in Life Sciences/Pharma/Healthcare projects with successful outcomes. A deep understanding of Pharma data sets (commercial, clinical, RWE, EMR) is crucial, along with hands-on experience across areas like real-world evidence, R&D clinical data, or digital marketing data. Proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL, alongside experience with statistical models/machine learning, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is necessary. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills are expected.
