Join our Assurance team as a Manager in Statutory Audit, where you'll contribute to building and nurturing strong client relationships while exceeding expectations. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across diverse industries.

We are seeking a professional to lead audit engagements, guide field teams, and report to Senior Management. Your expertise will be crucial in executing statutory audits in line with firm methodologies and auditing standards, ensuring compliance and robust financial practices.

Lead statutory audit engagements, reporting to Senior Management. Execute external and statutory audits for a variety of clients, adhering to Auditing & Accounting standards and firm methodology. Perform audits and reviews meticulously, ensuring proper documentation of all work. Review internal control systems and ensure financial statements comply with accounting standards.

Coordinate effectively with client staff for timely audit completion. Maintain clear communication with clients and audit managers regarding audit progress and issues. Oversee and review the work of junior team members. Mentor and develop article clerks and assistant managers throughout audit engagements.

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit. Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, alongside the ability to deliver against agreed engagement plans. Proven experience in client relationship development is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. Possess advanced knowledge of both current and proposed Indian accounting standards and Indian auditing standards. This role demands a strategic approach to auditing and client management.
