Execute statutory and external audit engagements for diverse clients, adhering strictly to Auditing & Accounting standards and firm methodologies. Proactively manage assignments, individually or within teams, to minimize gaps and overlaps across business units. Identify and resolve issues, offering strategic suggestions to seniors. Effectively prioritize deadlines and respond to client and firm needs with a focus on exceeding expectations.

Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and analytical skills. Contribute to the development of client relationships through open and honest communication. Be prepared for frequent travel to client locations as required by the role.

Candidates should be qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) with a maximum of two attempts in CA Final. A minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience is required.

Possess a strong command of auditing and accounting standards, staying updated with market trends. Demonstrate excellent teamwork, a proactive, and result-oriented approach. Exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and navigate ambiguity effectively. Strong presentation and communication skills, alongside proficiency in MS Office tools, are essential. Fluency in both written and verbal English is mandatory. Open and honest communication with clients and colleagues is expected.
