Join our IT Assurance & Advisory team as a Consultant in Pune and play a pivotal role in building robust foundations for future success. You will contribute to a practice that exemplifies excellence in navigating change, ensuring our clients are always prepared to act ahead.

As part of the Audit & Assurance Practice, you'll engage in work that goes beyond numbers, attesting to accomplishments and challenges while fostering strong client relationships.

In this role, you will cultivate strong working relationships with internal teams and clients, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes that surpass client expectations.

Key responsibilities include conducting ITGC, ITAC, and SOC reviews, applying a deep understanding of IT audit principles and control frameworks such as RBI Master Directions, ICFR, SSAE, and ISO 27001. You will also be involved in ERP-based control testing, especially within Banking and Financial Services applications, and review control design and operating effectiveness.

Ideal candidates will possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT audits and control frameworks. A strong grasp of business process controls and their integration with ERP systems is essential, alongside experience in risk management, compliance reporting, and regulatory adherence.

An awareness of emerging technologies and associated risks, including Cloud, RPA, and AI/ML, is beneficial. A Graduation degree in any specialization, along with certifications like CISA, CISSP, or CRISC, would be advantageous.
