As an Assistant Manager in our Statutory Audit (A&A) Team, you will:

- Execute external and statutory audit engagements for various clients, adhering strictly to Auditing & Accounting standards and firm methodologies. - Collaborate effectively within teams and work independently on assignments to minimize gaps and overlaps in auditable areas across multiple business units. - Proactively identify potential issues, propose solutions, and discuss findings with seniors to ensure timely resolution. - Effectively prioritize assignments, manage deadlines, and respond adeptly to client and firm needs.

We are seeking a qualified CA with a strong foundation in auditing and accounting. Key qualifications include:

- Completion of CA with a maximum of two attempts in the CA Final examination. - A minimum of 0-2 years of relevant professional experience. - Profound knowledge of auditing and accounting standards, coupled with an awareness of current market trends. - Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments concurrently, and navigate ambiguity. - Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English. - Proficiency in MS Office tools. - A proactive, results-oriented approach and strong team-playing abilities. - Openness and honesty in communication with both clients and colleagues. - Willingness to travel frequently to client locations is essential. - This role operates on a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility while maintaining team connectivity.
